I’m preparing for my first half marathon, and this is the second running plan I’m using from Knight Brothers to guide my training. The plan makes it seem so much less daunting than it feels, and I don’t have to guess what distance I should run or how many miles per week. I appreciate the other info included about cross training and shoe suggestions as well! Cannot recommend enough.
